The International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT) is a professional organization representing physicians and scientists working in the fields of therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical toxicology. Therapeutic drug monitoring is the practice of measuring the concentration of medications in the blood to ensure safe and effective dosing. Clinical toxicology is the study of the toxic effect of drugs intended for therapeutic use and drugs of abuse.
